A requirement of the building permit was to have a tree removed, which would have been very close to the new alfresco. It also happens that Marita is extremely allergic to this tree so we were happy to remove it. The tree removal was completed on the 12\11\2007.

Saw your comments on Perry and Bernadette's blog so I thought I would take a look. You must be very excited to have some action starting soon! We too are building the Cremorne 41 and have a start date of May 9 - a little while to wait still. Between you and Perry I should be able to follow the development REALLY well of what to expect.
