Day 44 - More bricks were laid today. As you can see the garage is 5 rows higher and the bricks extend right around to the alfresco. We also have had the lintels delivered.
I have counted up the bricks. Each packet has 480 bricks. So far we have had 10 packets delivered. I wonder how many we will need.

Looking great - and under 200 days until completion. So, under 200 days until MrsM can marvel at the beauty of her roof in her PJs, and MrM can explore the multiple joys of the home theatre - oh, and the mini M&Ms can run around wreaking havoc (I imagine MrM will banish them from "his" technologically advanced home theatre)! Glad you're happy with your SS - we're hoping ours will be good ,too - we've yet to meet him.
Hi, just reading thru your blog, glad that you have chosen to build a cremorne41. My wife and I are well under way in the construction of our cremorne41, in derrimut. The house has been painted and will be completed in about 6-7 weeks cant wait. I have thoroughly researched this house, even the staff at PD are impressed. If you have any queries regarding this house please dont hestitate to ask me. My email: happyandy@gmail.com. All the best,
Pics look great. Just wait and see when the bricks have all been laid, progress is fast.
Hi Guys, Wow I can't believe how quickly it's coming along. Bricks make such a huge difference. House is looking great!
Hi, just saw your gutter colour (after posting on my page). It will blend in well with your windows and garage door nicely. So hard to make all these decisions without seeing it first. Wish some developer out there would design a program for this - especially kitchens!! House is really taking shape. How long will the bricking take?
