Cleaned Up

Well today we were pleasently surprised to find the window tape had been removed. All the windows have been cleaned. It appears that the clean is just a sweep of the floors and all the glass cleaned (splashbacks, windows, shower screens). It is still quite dusty, I'm sure we will be doing a thorough clean before we start moving in.

The rumpus doors - all nice & clean.
Pantry sink with the tiles looking much better. Some form of gap sealer still needs to be done. A better photo of the splashback.
The balcony door and the piano window. It's amazing what a difference clean windows make to the room.
Master bedroom windows
The ensuite cabinet.Laundry with all standard taps.

WOW - MBD

"Wow" sums it up. An amazing transformation once things have been cleaned up. I'm sure that even though it looks great in the photos, it still will not be to the standard required by the "Red M" :-)

We are not prepared to concede defeat yet - but it's close! I think that after the PCI our list might be longer than yours....

Amazing what results a good clean up can achieve! Not long now.

Oh you are getting closer!!! What's left to do between now and inspection on the 11th?

Windows look lovely, nice to see the front facade without the black tape.

How exciting!

Fantastic!!! You must be dying for the 11th to roll around. How's the carpet/flooring/drivewat, etc, etc organising going?

Hi B&P, do you think Mini will be fussy? I think it might be the orange M that is the fussy one ;-)
H2B - Funny, that is the same question I keep asking Mike and then I get the whole list such as bricks to be fixed, painting to be finished, sealant to be done on tiles, roof insulation etc and it then seems like they will never be finished...
Hi Petal - Carpet and flooring are all organised. The driveway has been designated as a boy's job so waiting on Mike for that one :-)

I don't think that will help CC. I think with your four kids you need to double the size of your house. The PD Rowland would be perfect for you :-)
